CapRock Oil Tools Expands, Relocates Pearland Manufacturing Facility

PEARLAND, Texas — CapRock Oil Tools, along with the Pearland Economic Development Corporation, is pleased to announce its relocation to 3446 S. Main. The new location provides the growing energy sector company much needed additional space for its manufacturing and service operations. Over 25 current CapRock Oil Tools employees moved into the new facility in July, and the company is expected to add additional employees in 2013.

CapRock Oil Tools is a manufacturer and service provider of drilling bits and other oil-rig fixtures for oil and gas extraction. CapRock has been located in Pearland since its inception in 2004.

“Having called Pearland home for over ten years, we were pleased to be able to purchase the former Wood Group Building and renovate it to suit our needs,’’ said Glenn Gault, President of CapRock Oil Tools. “Pearland has always been a great match for our growing company and the new larger facility allows us to better meet the needs of our clients nationwide.”

CapRock is currently operating out of both the new 13,800 SF facility on South Main and its previous 4,000 SF facility on Hatfield Road. The company’s continued success not only in the Permian Basin, but throughout the country already has CapRock looking towards future growth.
