Shadow Creek Business Center
Shadow Creek Business Center is a master-planned campus featuring two Class A office buildings totaling 185,000 square feet. Located in Shadow Creek Ranch near State Highway 288 and Beltway 8, this commercial complex provides convenient access to the entire Houston metropolitan area.
The first of the Class A office buildings totaling 80,000 square feet was completed in 2010. Some tenants include: Hatch Mott McDonald, ZT Wealth and Altus Harbor Healthcare. This building is also home to the PEDC offices.
A second phase, including a 105,000 square-foot building and a multi-story parking garage is planned for future development.
Also available in the Shadow Creek Business Center is Shadow Creek Executive Suites. The size of the offices vary, from small 12x10 individual spaces to large 15x20 corner offices, and even groups of offices. Suites are available furnished or unfurnished, with a professional receptionist staff to welcome visitors, answer phones and manage calls.
