Endress+Hauser invested $38.5 million to build its 112,000‑square‑foot Gulf Coast Regional Campus in Pearland’s Lower Kirby District. Construction began in 2019 and was completed in 2021, establishing a major regional hub for advanced measurement instrumentation, technical services, and customer training. The campus strengthens the company’s strategic presence in the Houston region and supports growing customer demand across the Gulf Coast.

2026 Expansion
Endress+Hauser is continuing its growth in Pearland with a 21,000‑square‑foot expansion to its established campus. Building on the success of the original facility, the expansion supports increased operational capacity and enhances the company’s ability to serve regional industries.
