In 2013, Kelsey-Seybold selected Pearland as the location for its new administrative headquarters, reinforcing the city’s position as a hub for healthcare and business growth. The four-story, 170,000-square-foot building was constructed on an 18-acre site in Shadow Creek Ranch at the northeast corner of Kirby Drive and Shadow Creek Parkway, just west of State Highway 288.
The PEDC and city officials worked with Kelsey-Seybold more than four years ago on the project.

The headquarters serves as the central operations hub for Kelsey-Seybold, supporting more than 370 physicians who provide primary and specialty care across 40+ clinic locations throughout the Greater Houston region. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture and built by E.E. Reed Construction, the facility reflects Pearland’s appeal for corporate investment, offering proximity to major highways, a strong talent base, and a high quality of life.
Located near Lower Kirby, the Shadow Creek Business Center and other medical facilities, the headquarters is part of Pearland's cluster of healthcare and life sciences businesses that have chosen Pearland for expansion and long-term growth.
