Kelsey-Seybold has been part of the Pearland community for more than two decades, originally opening its first clinic in 2002. As Pearland grew, so did the need for expanded healthcare services. In 2013, Kelsey-Seybold opened a new three-story Pearland Clinic, featuring 55,000 square feet of clinical space and capacity for 27 physicians. This modern facility marked a significant investment in delivering comprehensive care close to home.

2023 Expansion

In 2023, Kelsey-Seybold completed a major 27,000-square-foot expansion of the Pearland Clinic to keep pace with the area’s rapid growth. The expansion increased provider capacity from 27 to 44 and introduced new specialties, including Otolaryngology, Optometry, Ophthalmology, Surgery, and Urology. Additionally, the clinic added new rotations in Dermatology, OB/GYN, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Allergy & Immunology, Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, and Spine.
