$18.4 Million Expansion to Enhance Care

In 2023, Memorial Hermann Pearland completed a $18.4 million expansion project to meet growing healthcare demand. This project transformed the hospital’s capacity and capabilities:

• 33 additional beds added by building out second-floor shell space.

• ICU improvements: Two new ICU beds and relocation of 10 ICU beds to the second floor.
