CobbFendley Announces Pearland Office Expansion

HOUSTON, TX – Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. (CobbFendley) announced today the expansion of its Pearland, Texas office. CobbFendley Pearland opened its doors in May 2012 with 3 full-time employees on the east side of Pearland in a total lease space of 1,608 square-feet.

CobbFendley Pearland, today located at 1920 Country Place Parkway, Suite 400, has expanded three times over the last seven years. The latest expansion has grown CobbFendley Pearland’s office space from a 20-person capacity (4,667 square-feet) to a total lease space of over 11,000 square-feet with room for a total of 36 full-time employees. With this additional lease space, CobbFendley was able to add the firm logo to the face of the office building.

CobbFendley is proud to call Pearland home, as well as for many CobbFendley employees. “CobbFendley’s growth in Pearland is representative of the firm’s exciting new opportunities and the strong relationships built with clients across the Gulf Coast Region,” said Brad Matlock, P.E., Principal.
